Katja Metsola
Vice President, Public Sector and Healthcare at Futurice

Katja is a strong believer of the fact that future-proofed public sector can only be achieved by working together. As the Vice President, Head of Public Sector and Healthcare at Futurice, she has gotten an extensive outlook to the digitization efforts and development streams in the Finnish society and has helped multiple organizations in their change towards more human-centered and data-driven approach.

Outi Jousi
Counsel, Head of Public Procurement at Hannes Snellman

Outi heads Hannes Snellman's Public Procurement Practice in Helsinki and works within both the technology and data and public procurement teams. She specializes in complex questions relating to public procurement and technology, giving practical advice to parties in projects both in the public and private sectors. 

She joined Hannes Snellman in 2017 from a global law firm and worked as in-house counsel for government public procurement body Hansel before that. Her focus areas include novel technology procurement, tendering competitions, compliance, procurement related disputes, and negotiations. Due to her technical background, she brought agile contracting to the market, and is a Scrum Master. Currently she develops new procurement market practices within M&A projects.

She is the President of the Finnish Public Procurement Association. She regularly arranges seminars and conferences and writes practical blog posts on public procurement and technology related questions.

Ulla Kruhse-Lehtonen
CEO at DAIN Studios

Ulla Kruhse-Lehtonen is CEO and Co-founder of DAIN Studios, a data and AI consultancy located in Finland, Germany, and Austria. DAIN helps companies and organizations define and implement fit-for-purpose data and AI strategies and solutions. Before DAIN, Ulla led global analytics teams in Nokia and Sanoma. In 2018, she was nominated as one of the "32 coolest and most influential women in Nordic Tech" by Business Insider. Ulla has a PhD in Economics from Aalto University
